Set up USYD student email accounts in Outlook 2013

step 1: select FILE -> select add account
step 2: select Manual setup or additional server types -> select Next

step 3: select POP or IMAP -> select Next

step 4: Fill out your details as follows, then select More Settings
                    User Information
                                   Your Name: Your Name
                                    Email Address: unikey@uni.sydney.edu.au
                    Server Information
                                    Account Type: IMAP
                                    Incoming mail server: pod51000.outlook.com
                                    Outgoing mail server (SMTP): pod51000.outlook.com
                    Logon Information
                                    User Name: unikey@uni.sydney.edu.au
                                    Password: your password

step 5: In General Tab:
                             Mail Account: any name you like
                             Reply E-mail: unikey@uni.sydney.edu.au

step 6: In Advanced Tab::
                            Incoming server (IMAP): 993
                                            Use the following type of encrypted connection: SSL
                            Outgoing server (SMTP): 587
                                            Use the following type of encrypted connection: TLS

step 7: Click OK -> Click Next -> successful ...
